By accessing this website, contacting Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring ("we," "us," or "our"), a concrete flooring contractor based at 211 Lomond St, Longview, TX 75601.
Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides residential and commercial concrete flooring services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, polyaspartic coatings, metallic epoxy, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete grinding and surface preparation, concrete sealing, and related services in the greater Longview, TX area and surrounding East Texas communities.
All services are subject to a written estimate and a signed service agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine, in our sole judgment, is not suitable for our services or that we are not able to complete to our quality standards.
All estimates provided by Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring are based on an on-site assessment of the concrete and the scope of work described at the time of the visit. Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
An estimate is not a final contract. The final price for services is confirmed in a written service agreement signed by both parties before work begins. If conditions discovered during project execution differ materially from what was assessed at the estimate visit - such as unexpected moisture levels, hidden structural damage, or a larger surface area than measured - we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work and provide a revised price for your approval.
We do not charge for initial on-site estimates for projects located within our standard service area.
Project start dates are scheduled once a service agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. We will provide you with a scheduled start date and an estimated project duration. We make reasonable efforts to adhere to the schedule but cannot guarantee exact start or completion dates, as project timelines can be affected by weather, material availability, or conditions discovered during work.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule or pause a project due to weather conditions that could affect the quality of the installation, particularly in cases of extreme heat, high humidity, rain, or freezing temperatures. We will notify you promptly if a weather delay is necessary.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. In general, a deposit may be required to confirm scheduling, with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by check, cash, and other methods as specified in the service agreement.
Final payment is due upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work. If a dispute arises about the quality or scope of work, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of project completion so we can assess the situation and work toward a resolution before final payment is due.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to pursue collections for unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees if legal action becomes necessary.
You agree to:
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect the quality of the installation and could void any workmanship warranty.
Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring warrants that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms, including coverage period and what is and is not included, will be stated in the written service agreement for each project.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by: improper use, failure to follow post-installation care instructions, traffic loads or chemical exposure beyond the scope specified at estimate, pre-existing structural conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate, or natural events such as flooding or extreme ground movement.
To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing within the warranty period at the email address below. We will assess the situation and, if the claim falls within warranty coverage, repair or re-coat the affected area at no charge.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Results may vary depending on the existing condition of the concrete, environmental conditions during and after installation, and how the floor is used and maintained. We provide our professional assessment during the estimate process, but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our direct workmanship.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Longview Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We prefer to resolve any dispute directly and informally. If you have a concern about our services or a project, please contact us first so we have the opportunity to make it right. Most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation.
If an informal resolution is not possible, any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Longview, TX, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You waive the right to pursue any dispute as a class action.
